Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed via Authorize.net’s secure payment gateway. Orangeshine.com does not retain any payment method information.
My payment method is declined. What can I do?
You may use the ‘Edit Payment’ option on the invoice page to select a different payment method. Or, if you have enough funding in the account, you may try the same card again from the list of cards on the ‘Edit Payment’ page.
Why do I only see the PayPal option and not a credit card?
International customers will only have the Paypal option. Domestic customers may only see the Paypal option if their shipping address state does not match their company address state.
Why can’t I delete my payment method on file?
You can’t delete a payment method if it has a pending transaction. Any pending order(s) associated with the payment method must be completed or voided in order to remove the payment method on file.
When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method is only charged when the vendor(s) has packed the items and prepared them for shipment. The final amount that includes the shipping cost(s) will be charged to your payment method.
