For store credit: If the vendor approves, we’ll send you a return label and process a store credit for the incorrect product received.
For exchange: we’ll work with the vendor to arrange an exchange for the correct item(s). If the item(s) is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition/packaging for either a store credit or an exchange.
